Great location, close to attractions and city center, perfect for exploring during the Christmas season. the staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. the hotel offered a convenient airport pick-up service, which made our arrival hassle-free.
Limited breakfast options, could have had more variety and options to choose from. the room was not cleaned properly, with only one cleaning session in two days.

The location was perfect and magnificent and I could use public parking nearby. There was Nikolozi a few steps away from the hotel. The venue rooms were new-fashioned and neat with good bathroom, refrigerator, balcony: D

Great location in the heart of the old town, close to popular attractions and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable rooms with a nice bathroom and some rooms even have a small balcony, perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation. the staff was friendly and always ready to offer assistance. the breakfast, though not included, was good value and varied daily.
Upon arrival, there was a slight odor in the bathroom, but it quickly dissipated and didn't affect our overall stay. the service provided by one employee on the second day could have been friendlier.

The location was perfect for our children who are always on the lookout for fun activities. They absolutely loved the nearby amusement park, which had thrilling rides and games for kids of all ages. The staff were also extremely friendly and accommodating, giving us great recommendations for family-friendly restaurants and organizing day trips to nearby attractions. Our kids had a blast and we couldn't have asked for a better family experience.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel could offer a playground or play area specifically for children.
